Yesterday was St Andrew’s Day so I met up with friends in Glasgow. The city centre was very busy as the Christmas market, Christmas lights and the ice ring in George Square were all up and running.
St Andrew’s Day in Glasgow
Glasgow has some wonderful shops and is generally regarded as the UK’s second best shopping area after London. As a result the shops are always very busy, which also added to the crowds of people in the city.
Below are some photographs taken yesterday:

It was a very enjoyable afternoon in Glasgow. The weather was very mild for the time of year and it sun was shining. What more could anyone ask for?
